A fitness aficionado Colleen leads an active life filled with yoga, golfing, running, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, cycling and trail hikes. The outdoors provides an outlet for her passions in fashion, photography & design. With four different seasons for fashion and photography, Colleen admires the landscape designs nature has to offer, while enjoying the changes in weather which necessitate different ensembles and apparel for the outdoors. A creative spirit she has a vintage hat collection and with a love of design in both nature and architecture, she has custom designed and built four dramatically different custom homes ranging from a Victorian Manor to a glass box home. As a service to the community, Colleen is a member of Club 84 YWCA & 100 Women and Gyrettes, a service club for the visually impaired.
TROY SCHMIDT
Prior to earning his real estate license, Troy gained valuable experience in both home construction and accounting. He spent summers building residential homes while studying accounting at Conestoga College where he met his wife. As proud parents to three children, Troy is active within the community participating in minor sports, fundraisers, local charity benefits to help the homeless. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, golfing, hockey, squash and tennis, and to relax he loves to garden. Troy has renovated several of his own homes from top to bottom, eventually completing his dream home, and takes pride in supporting his clients in finding their own dream home.
Ginger Whitney
Ginger has a keen interest in architecture, design, photography, contemporary art, music and commerce. She has recently joined the Contemporary Art Forum Kitchener Area Board to support the thriving local arts culture. As one of the top brokers in the region focusing on investment sales, residential and office leasing, and luxury real estate, she contributes to Waterloo Region’s largest and most innovative commercial and residential real estate projects. Ginger is extremely proud to be having an impact on the growth of Waterloo Region, as she was born and raised in Waterloo. She lives in the core of Uptown and has a strong passion for being involved in the community.
